Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms of service.

Receiving a quote does not guarantee a commission or contract slot. This is simply a price estimate based on character complexity and any additional features.
Shipping costs are not included in the quote and are subject to additional fees.
Shipping tariffs and import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Prices are subject to change between commission periods. The applicable price for your commission will be the price quoted at the time the commission is agreed upon.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. I reserve the right to request and verify evidence of age to ensure compliance with this requirement.
You must have a clear and concise flat colour reference sheet of your character with at least one clear front view and one clear rear view.
The commissioner must own the rights to any characters they commission. I will not accept commissions for characters that are copyrighted or owned by others without proper authorisation. I reserve the right to request and verify evidence of ownership or authorisation to ensure compliance with this requirement.

Payment is only in GBP.
Payment is via bank transfer.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your spot in the queue and to order materials. This will be required within 14 days of being offered a slot.
I do not offer payment plans at this time.
Full payment is required before any work on the commission will begin.

I will require a duct tape dummy (DTD) if you commission a full-body suit.
Make sure to tape your DTD back up after you have been cut out of it.
Please use silver duct tape or another light and easily written on duct tape.

Do not include any additional clothing beyond the cloth jumpsuit and duct tape wrapping.

Your fursuit will be provided with a 3-month warranty from the date of arrival.
The warranty covers any defects in materials, production or missing features promised in the quotation or extension of the contract.
Repairs done under warranty will be at the cost of Queen Hiss Creations.
Ensure your suit is clean and in good condition before returning it for repair. Failure to do so will result in it being returned without repair or be done at an additional charge.

The deposit is not refundable.
If you cancel before any work has been started, the full amount minus the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel part way through the commission, the refund amount will be calculated based on how much work has been completed.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if the client becomes unreasonable to work with.

I will keep you updated on the progress throughout the commission period.
If you notice any mistakes let me know as soon as possible so they can be fixed.
I upload work-in-progress pictures to my telegram channel and social media accounts.
I am happy to post pictures without a character/owner name upon request.
I am also happy to delay posting until an agreed date if you would like to debut it yourself.

I have a full-time job that I work Tuesday-Friday. Replies during these times may be limited.
Please reply to messages in a reasonable time to avoid delays in making your commission.
You will have a lot of contact during the start when picking material colours. Then you will not hear much until I get to your slot in the queue. You can check my Trello to see where you are in the queue.

I do not work to deadlines. Estimated times can be given, but these are not guaranteed.

I am happy to add adult modifications to your suit. The price of these will be included in your quote if they are requested.

Any details you give me will be held for as long as needed, the length of the commission, and used for the sole purpose of invoicing and delivery of goods.
